At Zerzy.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return and refund process.


Returns

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Have all tags attached (if applicable)

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we will not be able to process returns or refunds.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged/defective)


Return Process

  • Once your request is received, we will review and approve it within 24–48 hours

  • After approval, we will arrange a pickup from your address

  • Please ensure the product is properly packed for return pickup


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI

Note: It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

We offer exchanges for all products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

We will prioritize your request and offer a replacement or full refund.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or worn

  • The item is not in original condition or packaging

  • The product is damaged due to misuse by the customer


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are applied based on the reason for the return:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product:
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost. Please inform us within 7 DAYS of delivery and provide an unboxing video or clear images as proof.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind / Size Issues / Other Reasons):
    For returns requested due to personal reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason not related to product quality, a nominal return shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable. This amount will be borne by the customer.

  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
