Returns

After this period, we will not be able to process returns or refunds.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Non-Returnable Conditions

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are applied based on the reason for the return:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost. Please inform us within 7 DAYS of delivery and provide an unboxing video or clear images as proof. -
Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind / Size Issues / Other Reasons):
For returns requested due to personal reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason not related to product quality, a nominal return shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable. This amount will be borne by the customer. -
Non-Refundable Charges:
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
